Refrigeration technologies for fishing boats, fish processing enterprises and storage warehouses will be discussed in round table format within the framework of the IV Global Fisheries Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2021.
Leading manufacturers of refrigeration equipment, including “Danfoss”, “Refkul”, “Termokul”, will present current technological solutions for storage, freezing and deep freezing of fish and seafood. They also will talk about organization of an integrated approach to the construction of energy-efficient refrigerated warehouses using centralized and decentralized refrigeration and air conditioning systems. There also will be discussed trends in legislation and practice of import substitution.
The round table is focused on developing practical solutions to the challenges facing the industry. Participation will be useful, first of all, for the leaders and managers of industry companies responsible for making decisions on the technical equipment.
The round table will be available for all Seafood Expo Russia participants and take place July 7, in the second day, from 14.00 to 15.30 in pavilion H.

IV Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2021 is the largest event in the Russian fishing industry. It will take place on 6-8 July 2021 at the Expoforum Exhibition and Convention Centre in St. Petersburg and will be the first major fishing industry event in the world since the outbreak of the pandemic.
