The III Seafood Expo (SEAFOOD EXPO RUSSIA 2019), which will be held in tandem with the Global Fishery Forum in Saint Petersburg, widely present the refrigeration segment. Leading manufacturers from Russia, Norway, Iceland, Netherlands, Turkey, South Africa and others will show own latest developments in the field of long-term conservation of live fish and seafood, correct and fast freezing, protection against dehydration, maintaining temperature during transportation.
“Fish and seafood are classified as perishable goods, therefore using of quality and high-technology refrigeration equipment determines of quality for all production chain. In this year we have strengthened our efforts to attraction of specialists in the field of logistics, storage and packaging. We have a plan, in the framework of the business program to discuss actual questions about interaction between fishermen and representatives related fields. Together with last year participants - Norwegian concern Optimar Ice, GEA from Netherlands, domestic Barentscool and PROFHOLODSYSTEMS, new, but experienced participants as Turkish company FRİGO MEKANİK, Everflo from South Africa and Aircool from Russia will present own products.
Companies will present ice towers, which have let to safe products on fishing boats for a long time, shock freezing tunnel chambers, sea water cooling systems in the ship, storage chambers for frozen products and the production of ice water on concern, instant catch cooling system to 0°C / 32°F, crushed ice machines, refrigeration systems for IQF and spiral freezers.
The III Global Fishery Forum and Seafood Expo will be held at St. Petersburg’s Convention and Exhibition Center ‘EXPOFORUM’ on 10-12 July 2019.
