The VI Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo will be held on 18–20 October 2023. The event will once again be held in St. Petersburg at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre in Pavilions G and F.
Autumn is an ideal season for the event: the salmon fishing season is coming to an end and it’s a good time to recap the initial results and make new plans. After performing arduous work, the industry comes together again to discuss current issues, look at new technologies, share experience, and showcase the results of their work for the whole year. This time also fits well into the calendar of major global industry events.
Despite the difficult situation around the world, Seafood Expo Russia remains extremely popular among foreign guests. This year, the Forum and Expo were attended by more than 12,000 specialists from 70 countries and 82 regions of Russia, including official delegations from Argentina, Mauritania, Belarus, Myanmar, Guinea-Bissau, Abkhazia, Indonesia, Senegal, and Gambia. Roughly 70% of all foreign visitors and exhibitors hailed from Asian countries: India, Iran, Vietnam, and South Korea.
As in previous years, the 2023 event will bring connect all links of the commodity distribution chain, from catching to the delivery of finished products to the end consumer. The organizers will maintain a wide variety of sections and pay special attention to the equipment expo.
“We have a whole year of hard work ahead of us for the next expo. We continue to receive wonderful feedback from both exhibitors and visitors, which proves once again that we are on the right track. The figures speak for themselves – 400 companies, 34 regions, and 12 countries. There is lots more to come. We are only at the beginning of the path that will allow us to realize the huge potential of our country,” Expo Solutions Group CEO Ivan Fetisov said.
For those who were unable to attend the event in person, we have prepared a 3D tour of the expo.
Videos and materials of the business programme will soon be published on the website.
