The biggest fishery enterprises will participate at the SEAFOOD EXPO RUSSIA again. Company Gidrostroy took part at the exhibition in 2017 and 2018 years. Sigma Marine Technology returned to the event since two years break.
Gidrostroy Group of Companies is one of the largest Russian fishery holding, which maintain full cycle of production service by itself. Company is one of the industry leaders in annual production volume and holder of the extraction's quotas of aquatic biological resources.
The holding operates almost in all spheres of the fishery industry:
Ocean fishing: The main objects of the enterprise's production are pollock, herring, squid and cod. The holding's fleet is able to produce 350 thousand tons of fish products annually, including products of deep processing: pollock fillets and herring.
Processing: Сompany has five shore processing factories closely located to the fishing places. Gidrostroy also has ships equipped with everything necessary for fish processing. The high capacity allows the holding to produce products of the highest quality.
Selling: Gidrostroy successfully sells products in Russian domestic market and abroad. The main share of supplies is frozen fish. Due to the high level of quality, the company became a nominee of the contest «100 best products of Russia»
Aquaqulture: The holding has fourteen salmon fish-breeding factories. Gidrostroy annually releases about 410 million alevin for feeding in the sea. This is more than 40 percent of the total volume of artificial breeding of Pacific salmon in Russia.
Sigma Marine Technology – is a big fishery enterprise of Russian Far East Federal district and one of the main holders of quotas for crab catching. The company produces more than 40 types of products and sells them on Russian domestic market and abroad. The company's annual capture volume is 190 thousand tons.
The ship of the company MRKT "Peter I" set a world record, having extracted and processed 87,297 thousand tons of fish in 2019.
Company is dealing with fishing and processing of fish products and crabs more than 40 types of products. The main categories are pollock, herring, mackerel, halibut and cod. In 2018 Sigma Marine Technology launched a production of fishmeal from mackerel's and sardine's offal with high content of protein.
Reservation of stands for 2021 is well under way. 80% of the exhibition space is already booked. The organizers expect more than 11 000 specialists and 350 companies to come. Among them will be Russians and foreign representatives.
