The enterprise was founded on July 3, 1991. Over the years, the company has repeatedly become a pioneer in matters that no one has done before. For example:
- Fishing for black halibut in the Sea of Okhotsk;
- Fishing for king crabs with traps and output of finished products from it in medium-tonnage vessels;
- The development of chitosan production in industrial volumes;
- The fishing of capelin in the open part of the Sea of Okhotsk and, of course, the successful development of the deep-sea fishery for crab and fish.
To date, the Company is the industry's absolute leader in the fishery for deep-sea crabs and fish by passive fishing gear.
